By adding AgVerify to a server or using it to verify, you agree to these terms. Discord's Terms of Service and AgeVerif's terms also apply.
It gives you a Discord role after AgeVerif confirms your age. AgVerify does not check your age itself. It only acts on the result AgeVerif reports.
Accounts or servers breaking these rules may be blocked without notice.
You're responsible for setting the role up correctly, telling your members that AgeVerif handles verification, and following the laws that apply to you. AgVerify is a tool, and using it does not by itself make your server legally compliant.
AgVerify is free and provided on a best-effort basis, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on AgeVerif, Discord, and Cloudflare, and may stop working at any time without notice.
AgVerify is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that verification results are accurate or that every attempt at cheating will be caught.
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of AgVerify, including an incorrect verification result, a role not being assigned, downtime, or access someone gained through the service. Because AgVerify is free, total liability is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
We may suspend access for any user or server at any time, particularly for abuse. You can stop using AgVerify at any time by removing the bot from your server, and server admins can delete its stored data using the bot's commands in Discord.
